Turn first-time visitors into regulars — from day one.
Sister Coffee is the first independent coffee shop in Abersychan, opened by two sisters — and next door sits the family's tanning salon, Beau Bronze. They wanted loyalty that rewarded regulars from the first week of trading and quietly connected the two businesses.
Off-the-shelf loyalty apps charge per customer, feel generic, and keep your members' data on someone else's platform. For an owner-operated business watching every cost, none of that fit. They needed something bespoke, affordable, and theirs.

byStrata built Sister Coffee a brand website and a cross-business loyalty platform — one digital card that works across the café and the salon, on a secure, owner-controlled stack with no per-seat licensing. Three role-based interfaces run from a single codebase.

Cross-Business Loyalty
One digital stamp card spanning two businesses. Customers earn a stamp for every drink at Sister Coffee; ten stamps earns a free drink there — or an 8-minute sunbed next door at Beau Bronze.

Customer PWA
Installs to the phone home screen — no app store, no download friction. Personal stamp card, a unique QR identity, and one-tap reward claiming.

Staff Tablet
On the counter tablet: scan a customer's QR or look them up by phone, then add a stamp or redeem a reward in one tap — all behind a real staff login.

Owner Admin
A combined view across both businesses: member analytics, activity, and built-in SMS messaging to bring regulars back (“one stamp away”, new menu, quiet-day nudges).
